Staff were polite but they charged a second time to replace the correct part. A 10% discount on labor to correct a mistake that you made isn't a great way to keep customers.

Matt was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and I felt he definitely went the extra mile to get the positive solutions we could work with. I will totally use them again considering their broad range of knowledge and experience, I recommend them highly.

Matt is honest and upfront.
Have done mechanical work on our van several times now.
Don’t feel comfortable taking it anywhere else, as have been fussy as to where it goes, including for WOF’s.
