★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the service you provided my sister. She booked your most expensive service as she knows nothing about her vehicle, only to find her oil light came on about 1 month after your "service". After talking her through the brand of oil and showing her how to fill her own oil I also checked over everything else and the Coolant is WELL below minimum levels. Never letting her go to you guys again. If you're doing a service on a vehicle you should be doing all those basic blimmin' checks.
Once she is back from work we will be going over the service sheet you provided her to decide whether to take this further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced my audi on the 7th, great customer service and felt very welcome. gave me a few heads up on what might need replacing in the future, and let me know to keep an eye on the coolant, it was reassuring to know they had a thorough look. and even fitted in a wof on the same day. great work guys! They totally ignored the leaking battery and corrosion on the battery bracket and holder.
Totally ignored the melted current sensor even though it was on the same battery lead they had to connect to measure the CCA!
More interested in dirt marks on the carpet.
