★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and very fast. My friends and I broke down on the way to Rotorua and managed to get towed to the AA. They had the needed parts and fixed the issue within just a few hours. Saw us immediately. Cannot recommend any more highly.
You guys are huge life savers, we would've been stranded if you weren't able to help us. Thank you very much! Makes me stoked to be an AA member back up north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been an AA member for 8 years. Car problems over the weekend and had towed to Taupo AA Service Centre. Went in this morning to see if they could fix it. They had a busy day, that's fine, but total lack of interest in trying to help us find someone else to get us back on the road. I thought an AA Service Centre might have been a little more keen to help an AA member with car problems. Had to give 1 star so I could post this review.
