I had my car serviced here recently, this rating is not at your fault, the service was pleasant and done to a great standard. But the recommendation of replacing my windscreen at smith and smith was a terrible recommendation !!!!!!! If you are going to recommend people please make sure that you are recommending a company that provides the same quality, smith and smith provided rubbish, the job was done to an unsatisfactory standard and reception was very rude when I brought up my concerns, windscreen turned out leaky, still no resolve !!!

At very short notice, they managed to book it in, check it over, resolve the issue, clearly communicate what was needed, and send me away with peace of mind. Thanks!
