β β β β β Ok. So I visited your op shop store in Hillcrest a few weeks ago with my brother. As we approached the entry door, we walked in, expecting to see the Covid log in sign and hand sanitizer, inside the store. Standing near the door watching us, a short, grey haired lady snapped at us saying, ' you haven't signed in' to which I tried to reply, interupting me so I couldn't finish my sentence, 'we thought it was inside the store'. She then proceeded to lecture me about it all and said that we HAD to log in and then as we went out we HAD to push the FINISH icon on our phone. In between times I tried to explain that we thought you could log in, inside and that no, one didn' thave to log in AND out. She started to argue the point with me. I ended up leaving. I am an 'Essential Service Nurse' and all through Covid I worked. There was no need for her to snarl at us/me and she could have taken some advice from someone who knows what the rules are???? I will be going into the store soon to try and get a word in edgewise and explain a few rules to her, if she'll listen without interupting me???
