★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic inspector, worst place to go for license. I only resorted to booking for a test here as there were no dates in Hamilton. Obiviously my inspector was Bobby G!!! 2 of the 3 critical errors that he pointed out did not take place. I tried to reason with him but was told " I am afraid these errors did take place". He fails people just so AA can make money and it's bloody Obivious. Have already put a complaint through, I just want my money back because no one has the time and money to feed Vtnz or AA. We work hard to earn $$ can't keep feeding them for unfairly failing people!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted by a kind lady who directed me to the right person. Another lovely lady, she helped me fill the registration forms correctly to get regos for my cars. It was a pleasure chatting with her she was so helpful as I was a bit rusty on how to re-new rego's by forms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a while ago and after chatting with some friends coming to the same sort of experience, thought I should mention the old "lady" (sure doesn't act like one) who takes the restricted driving tests, she's rude and puts you in danger. Any slight worry she has she gasps and tries to pull your handbrake (WHICH MID DRIVING WILL DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD!!) For me it was mid roundabout when a car was going the normal speed but still slowing down coming upto the roundabout but she still freaked out as if I wasn't aware of what's going on around me.she needs to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Very un user friendly. Liz was boardline rude. Operating hours are not as stated, I was turned away at 3.30pm. After reading reviews I too wish I had read them before 1hr round trip twice. Will not be back.

Greeted at door by a lady saying. ' don't come in.what
did I want. I was in actually, shocked. Then I had to stand outside and fill I my paperwork in standing in the rain. There was one customer inside.Talk about rude service Not even a hello .
There maybe covid restrictions but this was something else.
Never go there again. Yes I'm vaccinated
