★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good they are limiting customers in building. Would be better having someone at door rather someone busy on their personal phone checking facebook...they could be wiping down benches that customers use instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, very blunt and unfriendly. Made me feel like I was in the wrong. Very hard to deal with, after my third time coming back they kept coming up with more things I need before they can re issue me my lost license. Waste of time. Will be going to the other Hamilton AA next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit occurred on 23rd April at 1603 hours. Lady at front desk unfriendly and condescending. Was told that application could not be processed even though we came before 1630, despite being the only person in line. Note that the place closes at 1700 hours. Gave the impression that she couldn't be bothered. She could do with customer service retraining, or a job that doesnt involve interacting with other human beings.
AA would do better with someone more enthused who is keen to do the job and is intrinsically helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely an 1 star out of five and believe me, I would rate it zero out of five if Google allows. In summary, we were served by a gentleman with glasses and I recall his name is Sean. AA made an error with the driver license application but he was just not interested in assisting us to correct the error. All he kept on saying is for us to call the NZTA, call the NZTA, call the NZTA, he doesn't want to know us. He didn't even offer us the 0800 number there and then. He also needs further training as he also gave us the incorrect info. The secondary ID we had which would have complemented the Primary ID to get the process rolling but he said, no, can't help us because we don't have the right ID. But the lady on 0800 at NZTA said Sean could have helpwd us because we did have what listed on the secondary ID list. Sean truly gave us a very very disappointing service especially when we are also AA members for decades. Would not recommend to visit place unless you don't mind the bad services. It appears to be echoed in previous reviews by many other customers went to this Rototuna AA Branch.
