★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience... I called the AA Penrose to book my theoretical test of driver license and they told me that I should go there to book the test, well, I left my job one hour earlier to get there, I got there at 4:40 and employee Shavani or Shivani treated me super badly, didn't let me book the test telling me that it would have to be before 3 and was super rude to me, I believe that the employees there are not like that because so when I entered I was super well received By a young man who was at the cashier until this Shivani interfered and treated me badly, I felt very shaken because I lost an hour of my work to be there and this person doesn’t answer my questions and it’s so rude, stupid…That's why I'm writing here, to show my disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first ever bad Review so far...I have been AA member for last 21 years ...Hopeless...pathetic ...disappointed Customer Service by front desk..they have no clue what is happening at work place...bunch of unexperienced work staff...lack of knowledge & training I guess.. quite frustrating & annoying....
They replaced my Windscreen...after few months later I had issues started on electrical side.. got it checked ..found out water ingress into kick panel area damaging circuit board..took ot to AA Windscreen for recheck for faulty workmanship as per their request. they found new issue & told me to get it check by Panel beater...so long story cut short..not happy at all...highly not recommended to any one..just be aware they will take you for ride..with some new stories which is irrelevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm basing this on how I observed another customer getting treated. I was rather shocked at how some poor German guy, who had something of his stolen (I think his car), was being talked to by one of the Indian customer representatives. He kept having to leave the queue and rejoin every single time some form had to be filled out. He was clearly in distress and the lady showed absolutely no empathy. Finally, she kept saying something about his "rego, rego" and he clearly said to her he does not know what she is talking about, and instead of explaining to him what she meant by his car registration, she kept repeating "REGO REGO" louder and louder as if that will somehow make him understand. Finally, he just left out of frustration. I work in the hospital and if I were caught talking to a patient like this I would be fired on the spot so I don't see how this should be any different. Quite shocking to be honest and I sincerely hope that guy got his issue sorted out elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been twice in the last week. Greeted at the door and directed by a friendly staff member which was helpful and helped speed up the process. Little to no wait time.
Staff on counter were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Excellent experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the centre in the morning. Three (3) ladies and a guy at the counters, two (2) ladies told me that they can't process my request to convert the overseas (Australian) license to NZ license and only the guy can do that. After waiting for about 45 mins or so the guy came to me and redirect me to the the third lady and asked me to wait at the counter. The lady servered at least 3/4 customer who came after me. The lady told me it can't be done today, no reason given typical gov department response. She asked me to apply online and said it's easy there. I thanked and decided to drive on my Australian license.
