★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from Toyota Insurance. Taking 3 weeks to assess my claim. Now told vehicle cannot be repaired and payment be made. Have rang couple of times to check on this but no response so far!!! Need payment or car repaired now. Can the Mgmt please look into this urgently. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've marked low based on an email from Toyota asking for my credit card expiry date to pay, monthly installments.
However, payment has always been paid in full.
I called Toyota cc rep 0800# confused about email Toyota sent me.
When i gave my car registration the rep brought up someone else file and called me by someone elses name.
My past experience has been professional.
However, the recent experience was a let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toyota charges far too much for their premiums. I once had to make TWO CLAIMS for ONE INCIDENT. When it comes to Renewal, they abnormally drastically decrease the value of the vehicle to below the asking price of what Toyota is selling used vehicles, even if your vehicle has a Toyota warranty. The only perk with them is all repairs are done by a Toyota NZ authorized repairer and not by some dodgy 3rd party repairer.
