β β β β β Very helpful and friendly staff, especially from the guy who served me! Renewed my license, and it was done so quickly and easy. The rest of the staff sounded friendly too! Great customer service.

β β β β β Every time Iβve been there Iβve ended up waiting for a long time, things just move very slowly. Every time Iβve called Iβve ended up waiting for a long time for someone to answer the phone, if they answer it at all. Terrible service.

β β β β β This is the place I went to get my learners, restricted and full license.. it's an okay store.. the staff do their best... just wish there were more staff working, we stood in line waiting to be served for half an hour

β β β β β I am needing to get my son's Real me account set up, and the information about Real me says we need to go to an AA branch. Westgate is the closest branch for us. I have found the service lacking. On our first trip in, the set up for Real Me verification was down, we weren't told when to come back and I had to make further enquiry regarding this (the staff made me feel like I was to blame, gaslighting, for their lack of service). We have gone back a second time to find a two hour waiting period before we would get served, and not enough seating to accommodate the other customers. Now I have just rung the branch to ask about the waiting time and have left 'on hold' /the phone was ringing but no one was picking up. I wish there was another way to get my son's Real Me account verified but we have been advised it only happens through AA.

β β β β β I wish I would give this a lover rating, customer services was horrible. Only two counter workers who were taking an age to get anything done, with other staff walking around doing nothing.
I was second in a long line and it still took me 1 hour to renew a lost licence!
