Purchased a vape for 140 dollars after a month of owning it - it broke. Battery part ended up smoking and melting my batteries which I had to throw them away as they were no longer useable. When returning to the store to return it the girl who served me was lovely and super helpful and told me the manager would text me once they determined what happened. The manager contacted me and told me they would replace the battery part but i requested a refund as I found the way the vape reacted dangerous and didnt want it back esp after not knowing what caused it. The manager told me they could give me store credit for the battery part but no refund. Which I also didnt understand as then I'd be going home with a broken vape im unable to use and store credit for cheaper than what I paid for the vape which just seemed pointless. After going back and forth they contacted the head office who allowed the refund for the vape but charged me for 2 new coils. When returning to the store the staff barely spoke with me and made me feel like such a burden even the person who served me once seeing the box for the vape even huffed as if they knew who I was which made me feel very uncomfortable. Heard bad things about this store prior but gave it the benefit of the doubt I definitely wont be returning.

Bad customer service. I frequent the shop because I work near the place and whenever I am there to buy a liquid they are happy to give me tester liquids for my vape. I literally bought the pan saffron flavour from here last week and they were offering me other brands as testers for my vape EVRN AT ALERT LEVEL 2. But today when I went in to ask for half a tank of tester liquid cause I forgot mine and desperately needed some I was told "sorry covid". What a shame the shop has become. I was employed at One of the soshas when they only had 5 shops in Auckland and the service we used to give was awesome. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A VAPE OR ANY THING ELSE, I suggest trying other vape shops, I found one today in Fred Taylor drive and the staff are superr friendly there. PLEASE THINK TWICR BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE.

The staff are super helpful. We are new to vaping and we were sick of being ripped off by the โ€œBig tobacco โ€œ vaping options. The staff listened to our needs and quickly provided us with multiple options to try. We are now happily vaping away it could not have been made any easier to get what we needed at a great price. We would highly recommend this store especially if you are new to vaping and arenโ€™t quite sure what you need.

Bought a $120 vape A WEEK AGO and the battery lasts 4 hours? Told it was a display model which is obviously the problem yet it's been sent away for up to a week for "repair" AFTER a week they did nothing. So to the owner 10 minutes of actual vaping is normal. Don't shop here these guys are a joke..

Wow, Normally go into this store through the week but just popped in today ( Sunday afternoon) The lady I delt with has no customer service at all!! Don't think she wanted to be there, no โ€œhelloโ€ I asked for a box of coils that normally get, she had a look and her answer to me โ€œwe dont have anyโ€ thats it?? Will go through the week in future.. the staff are a bit more friendly thro the week lol .. she needs a attitude adjustment and training in just being friendly, and maybe say a hello? And sorry if you don't have stock? Would be a start lol
