β β β β β Friendly, and doing a good job during lockdown restrictions. All the staff I came across were lovely even though it must be super stressful for them. Got in and out very quick.

β β β β β Went at lunchtime so was busy and had to queue out of the door. Approx 40 min wait but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

β β β β β Quick friendly service with great open times so you can get in before work. The nurse I had took blood and I barely felt it! Which is awesome.

β β β β β Good location, next door to AA, friendly staff doing the best they can. Plenty free parking out in front or acorss the road. Expect a LONG queue I'm during peak time such as 7am in the morning or Saturdays.

β β β β β Went at 11am on a Saturday and there was no queue. All done and out in 15 mins. Nice, clean premises with friendly staff.

β β β β β Just after 2pm on 30/3/22 the waiting room was empty. Despite the noise of the door (when I entered), all 3 staff continued chatting at the multifunction printer with their backs to reception counter & me. I said 'excuse me may I please quickly grab a sterile container'. The blonde (Filipina?) turned and said yes then turned back to the printer & the Indian & Caucasian. A few minutes later the caucasian came back to counter not to help me but to sit down at the computer. I continued to stand at the counter ignored by all 3. Then down the corridor a door opened and another Indian headed towards the reception. I immediately asked her for the sterile container as all 3 were busy. She was the only one that helped.

β β β β β The staff with a beautiful colorful long braided hair was so therapeutic it made me less anxious. She made me feel comfortable before asking my details and getting my blood plus made sure I go out of the room all set before opening the door for me to leave. Exceptionally professional. β€οΈ
