★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a storage unit here for about 6 months. Great value, secure, clean, dry. No pests. Seems to be a well run place. Recommended and I will use it again if I have the need.

Although I appreciate that my stuff was kept in relatively good condition, for quite a long period of time (no moisture, no rodents, minimal box damage), it was honestly one of the worst "customer service" experiences of my life.
Communication with the one person who works at (owns) the business, who seems to actually never be there, was like pulling teeth. The office and mobile phone numbers both go unanswered almost every single time, with no option to leave messages. When I finally managed to arrange a time and date to collect my storage I arrived on time to find it dumped, unattended in the driveway in plain sight of the street, with the owner nowhere to be found. No idea how long my stuff was just sitting there for, out in the open.
Storage rates were raised almost every year, without warning, and the refund for 6 months of an annual advance payment took almost five months of hair-pulling "communication" before it was made.
TL;DR: Storage well kept, but customer service non existent, bordering on rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliff has been very helpful in getting a unit organised for my mother. Units are all alarmed and can be driven right up to to make loading and unloading easy. Very reasonably priced too.
