National Storage’s days of operation for delivery are Monday to Friday servicing locations across Australia and New Zealand. The minimum delivery fee is $19.95. Please refer to the delivery service fee calculator on https://nationalstorage.nz/online-shop/ available prior to checkout to determine if your delivery address is within our service area and the correlating delivery fee. The delivery fee is also subject to the quantity and size of your order.
Once your order has been placed, National Storage or its agent will provide you with a tracking number. Should you wish to amend your order details or have any queries, please contact our customer service team on 1300 217 115 if you are located in Australia or 0800 541 055 if you are located in New Zealand.
The standard timeframe for delivery is 2-3 business days for metro areas. Please note, due to COVID19, our deliveries are currently experiencing delays of up to 2 days.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by National Storage or its agent to be authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, National Storage may charge you additional delivery fees.

Storage Solutions are very friendly and highly professional from the moment you make first contact, to beyond the point of vacating your storage space. All prices are upfront, and everything you need to know when signing up is communicated clearly and effectively.
The 24 hour access proved to be quite convenient, and I felt quite comfortable that my belongs were secure on their premises.
Without a shadow of a doubt, I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know with storage needs!

While just a little out of the city, it wasn't too far away, and the access to the storage was easy without having to fight with city traffic. The service was fantastic, the areas clean and tidy, with plenty of space. We would definitely recommend this place for all Uni students and parents, and would use again. Fiona made everything so easy during a stressful time which was greatly appreciated, very friendly, easy to deal with and customer service second to none. They were highly noted with my insurance company too so no problems there. The storage was clean, dry and extremely secure, and the accessibility at my convenience was perfect. Picking the right space for my things was easy and spot on with their online space calculator. I used the 3 x 3 it stored all my things from a large 3 bedroom house. All units were clean and damp free, with great security in/out of the building.
Excellent value and great communication.
I would highly recommend using Storage Solutions Tawa.
