β β β β β extremely dissatisfied with service from this company. Peter said he would come to me in the morning for our fridge that had stopped working. He finally turned up after 1pm and only following me calling to chase him up. No explanation or apology for his late arrival. He appeared very disinterested and did not really seem to know what he was talking about. He told me that all the powered functions of the fridge were working but the gas part was not working at all, which meant either a blockage or low gas level. He said this was not fixable and that we would have to buy a new fridge. Peter told my husband, over the phone, that he had turned the fridge back on for 20mins and it was not cooling at all. I was with Peter and he did turn it back on but was no more than 5 mins before he told me it was not cooling and would have to be replaced. After Peter left I decided to leave the fridge on while I went in to work since he had said all the powered functions were working, just to check before going to the expense of buying a new fridge. everything was working perfectly by the time I got home so we think there must have been a power glitch causing the initial problem. this was $130.00 and 6 hours of wasted time and money. I do not recommend this company and will not use them again myself. very poor service and attitude

β β β β β Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I ordered a washing machine drain pump from their website and paid for it in full at the time. I received an order confirmation but have not heard anything else since. Their website still shows this part as being in stock and available for purchase.
More than three weeks later I still have no pump. I also have no tracking number or any assurances they will supply the product.
I have written multiple emails, left multiple messages on answering services and also sent text messages and the only reply I have had is some vague text message about 'looking into it'. I still do not have the product I ordered and paid for or any faith that it will ever arrive.

Ordered a part the end of November was meant to be 8-10weeks stil haven't recieved nearly 6months later.
when I email half the time it's ignored half the time I'm mucked about haven't actually had an answer I don't even give there service 1 Star but there is no option for less. So feel free to use this company if you are really into the whole being scammed scenario if not avoid at all cost Go somewhere decent.in fact the worker lucinda thinks the resolution to solving problems is to forward on emails to another person Alex who never responds great dispute resolution when one passes the buck to someone else and no person is ever sorting anything
