I am born and raised in the Manawatu region, now being based in Palmerston North.
I have previously spent time in the hospitality industry. However, the opportunity to pursue a career in Property Management with Absolute Rentals, was a chance I jumped at.

Obviously taking care of my hard earned investment is important !!
I'm happy to say that the team of Wade and Anna at Absolute Rentals have been fantastic. Even though I'm thousands of kilometres away, everything has ticked along fine.
Excellent service finding tenants, my monthly invoices are spot on, and any problems like damage from a storm handled with no fuss. Wade takes full care of the property ensuring the rates are paid and everything is up to date and maintained.
Emails are promptly replied to - and I estimate that I spend, at most, maybe an hour a month dealing with the property.
Wade and Anna have my full confidence -- and my only regret is that I bought just one rental house !!
I highly recommend their services.

They have a no-nonsense approach and do not add any unnecessary fees or expenses (which has been a godsend). They are straight forward and take care of everything plus more. We rented out our property in Palmy when we moved to the other end of the country and it was a nerve wracking experience being so far away from it. Wade was phenomenal; there was alwasy close contact, they put amazing tenants in there that they personally recommended, and did everything to the T. I almost want to buy another place in Palmy to rent out just so I can use these guys again as they made it so easy :)

They found outstanding tenants, had excellent communication and ensured our property was well cared for throughout the tenancy. We spoke to a few property managers prior to choosing the Absolute Rentals and none gave us the confidence that we found in Wade and his team. Would give more stars if I could.

Property inspections were thorough and carried out on time and any maintenance issues were bought to our attention immediately. Always easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any queries…as well as being just genuinely nice, good people! Moving to Absolute Rentals was definitely one of our best decisions. Sad to now be selling our property and losing such great property managers. Thank you Wade and Anna, it’s been a pleasure!
