★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking at selling our current, and purchasing a new home last year. I called Brok about a home he had listed. I have special health requirements I explained and Brok went the extra mile to check adjoining properties to see if anything would prohibit us from looking at the property we called about. We didn't end up looking at it, so I feel bad. However, while we've decided to stay put for now and watch the market, I feel I could call Brok and receive real care and consideration and that he'd go the extra mile, just as he did when there was no guarantee I'd even come to look if the property didn't suit us. He is one of only two agents in Palmerston North to show this level of care and interest. We were most grateful and impressed.
