★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This homecare company has got to be the worst that I have ever come across.
I had someone come to stay with me while showering, and the same person to do my housework. But this person failed at both things, and when I complained to Access, they took the person away, and made me wait two weeks, without assistance. And then after that, they still didn't listen, so I finally canceled the service. Now I am doing my own housework, with a spinal injury.
They lack both communication, and listening skills. I would not recommend them to anyone, as all that matters to them is the money.
