Wow wow, This company not only not only there are fraud but it’s an agency decided to make money on on qualified people putting patients in risk .
It’s horrendous how workers have been treated unfairly it’s shocking actually , I heard stores on how they deceive their workers. don’t let the website the full you. They hire some many people oddly pick their favourites work for that week.
I dnt understand why this agency use foreign workers that dnt have any experience on handling their patient.
The workers are not Qualified. The reason why this company hires on unqualified people is because they want to pay less hourly rate instead putting patients in rescue.
My advice companies shouldn’t no heath organisation or people shouldn’t get involved with them. I don’t know how to use the code of conduct probably and patients are at risk.
Management team live in dreaming land where she’s not even aware what is happening.
This whole company is fraud out to get Money only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly this company employs unqualified people so they don't have to pay the actual HCA/RN rates in nz. Since most of the workers are unqualified, esp the HCA"s, working with them up at the dhb is next to a nightmare. No work ethics, playing with their phones, gosh most of them don't even know how to shower patients ( like cmon do you shower??, similar procedure mate). I also know of people being hired over emails, no interview given what so ever. Ridiculous staffs, even worst employers.

To reply to the reviews, I agree there are few griffin staff who do use their phones or are still learning, but that does not mean all staff are like same. I have handled many difficult situations for which i have got compliments and appreciation from clients family when they have seen me care for their loved ones. I have prevented many falls from happening despite not having much experience on my initial days . A griffin staff has to learn everything in less than 2 month. It is unfair that a DHB HCA who has worked there for more than 2 years give such bad reviews to us griffin staff who have to learn a lot in few months. There are more than 60% DHB employees who are foreigners. I myself am a DHB staff now. And I have learnt alot from being a griffin staff. I am proud to have worked in griffin healthcare.

They assisted me in my training in dealing with patients having dementia, disability, or mental health issues. We were trained personally with qualified nurses and trainers, to de-escalate patients, when they get agitated or restless. They always email the staff about recent updates in the healthcare sector, like new techniques to tackle patients, explaining challenging behaviour et cetera.
Recently I have completed my study in health and well-being in advance support level 4 with the help of griffin healthcare. They were nice, supportive and corporative.
The staff in the office is awesome, it is too easy to communicate with, the most important thing about griffin is the Flexibility of shifts, we have the opportunity to give our availability of shifts according to our comfort zone.

During this time Griffin Healthcare have ensured my skills and knowledge have been inkeeping with the various places I have worked in, by providing me with the necessary training to be equipped with the ability to manage and handle various situations. Working in diverse healthcare settings for Griffin has expedited my professional growth and made me well versed in handling difficult situations.
I've also been given the opportunity to be a part of various training programs, particularly in dementia care, patient handling and mental health. Griffin have also helped me with my education in Advanced Healthcare and Wellbeing.
Communication with Griffin staff has always been easy, prompt and clear. They have always supported me and fulfilled their commitments toward me. They offer flexibility in work schedules which has worked well for my routine.
From my experience, Griffin Healthcare are great employers, professional and are lovely people to work for. I would definitely recommend them, if you are looking to work in an environment where you can learn, grow and excel.
