They do not follow DHB Covid guidelines, and really only care about rakeing in the money while the staff on the ground get treated like dogs, and work like dogs. I truly hope the DHB get around to investigating there ahoking practices. If you care about your loved ones please love them enough not to use these clowns. Vision West actually only have one vision and thats to line there Senior Executives pockets while exploiting hard working caregivers. Dont expect to work for these guys and get and PPE gear. Instead they will post you 5 masks and make out there doing the right thing. These guys are total cowboys!!
May I suggest and other organization, but these total muppets!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This provider of supposed cares and home support are an absolute waste of time and resources. They never listen to their clients and they also provide carers that have NO IDEA on how to do anything they are required to do. My personal cares are not being done due to the fact they want me to have it done at dinnertime. No matter how many times they have it explained to them that this is not convenient for me, the message just doesn't get through. I'm now just over it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard good things about them from a friend, but their scheduling is extremely inconsistent and people change times with little or no warning. Also very rigid, refuse to do ANY home help when their client is in hospital, regardless of a recent diagnosis of severe debility on the part of the client's wife. Like their intent, dislike the implementation.
