★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but I find the lack of logical insight into the access to this business for mobility customers very daunting. Should be moved into the actual Mall for safety & stress levels for fighting 2 way & side traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very lovely time with Tracey Lee who actually listened to what I needed and wanted to do with a scooter ?. Showings me all different ways to get around and which scooter ? would best suit my needs, how far I could go, and the speed it would go. Being on Superannuation everybody knows things aren't always easy and with their Account lady Amy she was able to sort through that with me. My overall experience was a very happy one. The people I dealt with were very nice, considerate and put me at ease straight away. I would recommend them to any one who needs help with mobility scooters ?. Remember that when you go in to look you need to make time it's not a 5 minute visit. I will definitely go back for anything else that I need.
