I received great service and gd advice. Bought two pit bikes and they put them together no problem and very reasonable charge. Bought a third pit bike 6months later that wasn't idling properly And the teacnician adjusted it on the spot gave it a check over and sent me on my way "NO CHARGE " only took 2mins but it was a Saturday and he was busy. ( dropped off a box to say thanks) me and the kids enjoyed a Saturday in the dirt. Cheers guys.

Great place Simon is a very helpful great guy

Professional, cost effective and friendly. I tend to struggle finding organized mechs, but these guys have it down. Fixed some electrical issues on my R6 with short notice and in good time before Xmas '18. Unfortunately more problems have occurred a few months on, but Simon was helpful in discussing how they fixed the problem and why it may be recurring. Defs would go back if I lived in the area.

I can only rate Adrenalyn Motorcycles with 5 stars. I can't imagine a better place. You can tell that this is a place where they have a true passion for the bike and love to share that enthousiam with you. They think along with you and try to get you as quick as possible and well as posible back on the road. This all for the most affordable prices I've seen so far. Thank you guys for the good times, till we cross path again!

A bad experience at Adrenalyn. I was overseas and Adrenalyn advertised a bike i wanted. I paid TOP price because it was advertised as (I quote) ONLY 23540 kms, it had been serviced with new oil and filter and all parts replaced to get it into roadworthy compliant state. The rear chain and sprockets so were so badly worn that I dare not ride it for fear of it breaking and causing serious accident and/or smashing engine cases. The oil filter had not been removed for years and the mileage was probably closer to 200,000kms not the ONLY 23540kms advertised. Some time later I dropped into the shop and told them I liked the bike but was disappointed with its description in their advertisement. I was polite and wasn't asking for money or refund. If they had apologized and offered a free service I would be happy but I was told to and I quote "F... off and get out of my shop" I swear to you that this is exactly the truth. I will say that Adrenalyn stored the bike and delivered it for free to my house. I was overseas and paid in full as soon as I saw the advertisement. The description of the bike was completely misleading and I warn you they are lovely to deal with but their descriptions are totally inaccurate and their customer service consists of "F... off" You have my email Adrenalyn, I am not asking for money but if you want to contact me and put it right I am happy to amend or remove this review. I have read Adrenalyns response to this review and would like to add a bit more....... Yes I did turn up at the shop a year after the sale, I wasn't rude or aggressive, I told the owner I was pleased with the bike but I was and I quote " a little disappointed" with its description in the add. I wasn't after money or anything other than a simple apology. No point in arguing over who said what, the facts are that Adrenalyn advertised the bike as ONLY 23540 kms, it would be prepared with new consumable parts to make it roadworthy, and it would have new oil and filter. Facts are...... It had done way way way way more than 23540 kms. It was not roadworthy, it was lethal. Oil was changed but the filter was too difficult for Adrenalyn so they just left it. Adrenalyn advertised the bike as low ks, roadworthy, with new oil and filter etc. I paid for this but Adrenalyn cheated me and now THEY feel upset, how do you think I felt Adrenalyn? did you think about that? You offered me some advice, ok I will consider it. Now I can offer you some advice.... don't tell lies in your advertising, treat customers fairly, you sure didn't treat me fairly.

The bike was delivered in good time and in great condition. Thank you Simon for your excellent service. I would recommend this team to anyone considering purchasing a motorcycle or scooter.

These guys are extremely nice and knowledgeable! I was staying in Tauranga for a month, and they rented a 150cc motorcycle (plus a helmet !) to me for a very reasonable price. Also have a good selection of scooters or larger bikes (even a Harley!), so covers the gamut of whatever you might be looking for. Highly recommended you stop in for a short or long term rental!
