★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay, beds were really comfortable, the spa bath was nice and big and it had all the kitchen appliances I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chalets are laid out with very dated furniture maybe 1960’s
No tea coffee or milk provided
No heating working so used the old oven with the door open as it was cold wet weather and there was no floor coverings just ply/gib wood floor.
Cleaning is not a strong point here as there were old egg shells at the back of the stove, the coffee cups needed washing before use and the shower had old silicone broken away from the edges and mould in the shower grooves, I’m not sure when the shower actually last had some elbow grease applied to it.
Lots of dust and dirt under the beds and couches, guess they just sweep around furniture not under it.
The fridge is old and very rattly we had to unplug it to get to sleep.
The chalet in front of ours had a big white creamy mark on there toilet window that irritated us since it what we looked out at from out lounge door,
Definitely not worth $190 a night and the least liked experience for accommodation so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the office is very nice & polite. We had the double room studio. It was very nice & clean. As soon as I entered the room I felt at home & got so comfortable I found it hard to leave after 2 days so I booked a 3rd night. The only downfall I would say is the washing machine is $4 and the dryer is $3 the washing machine takes 100 minutes to wash & the time is written on the old school washing machine lid in permanent marker. The dryer looks even older and our clothes were still very damp. There was washing powder tipped into the sink which I'm unsure if this was a accident or a freebie lol. The washing facilities were quite some walk from our room. Also the reception is very bad, so bad that you can't make calls a lot of the time & the internet is slow sometimes which sucks but it's because of the location. I would rate this place 70/100 overall. I would return but I'd look for better accommodation first ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how this hole has a bunch of reasonable reviews.. No tea/coffee for starters, floors were dirty, would help if the lady in main office could speak English.. Had Mexican for dinner and needed to go for a huge dump and fair to say I was highly embarrassed when I had to go to the main desk with number twos down my leg to get a roll of dunny paper. Was asked to pay an extra bill that wasn't even mine. Expensive for what it is, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not value for money. While the pool and the shower are great and we appreciated having real milk; we were grossly overcharged for a toilet we had to plunge, a door that would only shut if it was locked and mould on the walls.
Could be a really great place to stay if they had fixed all these flaws

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew that being beside the main highway, the sound of cars would be loud and that would be okay. But the loud music from the tavern across the road was not very nice. I also think the price tag was very steep for what we got - wifi never worked, we never got milk for our coffees and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
We did like the spa bath, little playground for the kids and that the rooms were nice and spacious.
