They collect bigger equipment like ride on lawn mowers from your home or you can drop into the store with smaller items such as chainsaws or line trimmers. The mechanics really know their stuff and offer good advice on maintaining outdoor equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m fully aware not all customers can be helped above and beyond every time but at Tauranga branch they have a star able to give the worst customer experience guaranteed!
Chainsaw service quoted 1 week turned into 4 full weeks. Parts ordered at 2 different points in time whilst full diagnostic would be done to begin with to find out exactly what needed replacement. To make it worse OK was already given by customer to actually go ahead and replace these 2 specific components when saw was brought in! The saw is from ‘92 and has not been used for at least 5 years!
Customer also needs to chase status themselves (3x)…when being critical about procedure the COVID trump card is pulled…”it is what it is mate”. To top is off suddenly my telephone number was unknown; we double checked existing details in the system at drop off and they have contacted me in the past!
To finish off on a positive note; I now have my saw back and don’t ever have to deal with these “mates” again!
