★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently I was aggressive and showing red flags because I asked if they could take some photos during a car alarm removal. He respectfully gave his quote $80 without photos, $200 with photos. I asked why so much with photos, he replied and I understood where he came from, I declined the photos as I cant afford $200 and asked if I could go ahead with the procedure. He then declined me because he said he doesnt trust I will stick with my original plan? What does that even mean?
Money hungry, no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dealing with Sam there and he kept me mucking for one month that parts will be here in 2 weeks then it was oh its holidays going to be more delay, i still waited and then i asked if the parts/kit are here he said yup and then i was aked to drop the car. For that i arranged someone and was hoping he will finally do it after weeks of mucking around then he rings me oh i though you had a bmw lol.. and when i asked for refund as it was taking too long and i can do it myself, he started blaming me for it and was rude on phone and then hung up on me. Never ever going there. Was my mistake to choose them. Finally after heap of argument and heat i got the refund and a big scratch on my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam provided advice via email when I was looking for new CarPlay head unit and reversing camera for my Japanese vehicle, gave me some good recommendations and didn't force me to use his stock. Was happy to install a unit that I ended up purchasing elsewhere.
Installation clean and tidy and done on time, Phil called me during the install to clarify exactly where I wanted everything, and Sam has been working through some troubleshooting issues with me in a very helpful manner.
Highly recommended, A+++, would definitely return in the future. Can't understand why there are other Google reviews here saying otherwise.
