★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ex partner advised a change of address without my knowledge. My documents evidently were sent to this address which of course wasn't valid. This company didn't bother to contact me via email or phone so without me knowing my policy lasped. Incredibly unprofessional! I cannot believe that a random person would be able to make these changes without the company attempting to contact policy holder by other means that are totally available to them. Way to go David Welch....
