★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy at all with manicure I had today.Cut nail to short, Nail polish ? not a applied correct and so the polish didn’t evening last came home and removed.Money waisted.Been going here for a few years not sure if I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not greeted at reception, more left standing for 5 -10mins. I had previously made an appointment time, we waited for an hour after this time! Staff were rude & unfriendly.
When we were finally seen, our therapist said she hadn't had a break the entire day & talked about how over work she was, which made our appointment very uncomfortable, how can we relax knowing she hadn't even eaten!?
Our vacation passes were not scanned.
The place was so dirty & unclean!
Never ever again will I go back & have any service here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going here happily for many years, but no longer. Prices have gone up, standards and friendliness have gone down! Not greeted at reception, yelled at from across the salon initially, then asked to pay up front, they no longer use individual sealed sterile pedicure packs or spa liners, nails done while sitting in pedicure chair, very uncomfortable twisting to side so they can do hands at same time. When leaving yelled out across salon “have you paid”. This has happened last 2 visits so unlikely to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never left a bad review but feel like I have to. It was my first time ever getting my nails done, a spontaneous decision as my sister was getting hers done. Walked in and got yelled at "what do you need?" by one of the staff. Place was filthy. Staff doing my nails kept complaining that my nails are so small and it doesn't look good (I don't grow my nails long cause I did a lot of sports growing up). I told her it's my first time getting them done and she just made me feel stupid for not knowing these nail terms. She also told my sister that she's got too bushy eyebrows. So unnecessary and unprofessional! She didn't even finish doing my sister's nails and didn't communicate properly. My nails were pretty badly done for the price I paid(got an SNS). But they were so quick to take your money. She said she works 6 days a week and I understand that she must've been tired but this is just a big no no. I don't recommend this place at all, filthy and bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a voucher for my mum and she experienced the worst ever pedicure and manicure service. Never again will I take my mum there. The people are awful and don’t care. They look at everyone the same and couldn’t care less on what you want. It makes you question, if these people are even skilled for the job. My mum was so unsatisfied she could’ve done a better job at home. They make you wait forever. Overpriced, not passionate, and a waste of time. My mum was honest with them and told them how unsatisfied she was, and the workers didn’t care one bit. What a shame and what an embarrassment to the community. I wouldn’t even give them one star, maybe half a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to idol. They are very skilled at doing my nails even though I have arthritic fingers which do not straighten. I have been a couple times now and will go back. Value for money. They are a walk in salon so be prepared to wait if you go when it's busy. However they are open late afternoons till 6pm so that's a good time to go.
