★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete and utter neglect and incompetence.. The hospital is atrocious. Under staffed and incompetent staff if there are any about. My mum was dehydrated for three days due to their neglect only got a call from the doctor when she was being put in the ambulance after passing out. We pulled her out of the home immediately and nursed her ourseles at our house. Mum never recocered and passed away 2 weeks later despite our bear efforts. The paperwork displaying their in competence mysteriously vanished at their end though we did see it at the A & E. Don't let the the huge rooms fool you like they did us.. Easily the worst level of care, communication and responsibility of the three homes mum spent time in.
