★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to make a warranty claim on a pair of running shoes i bought online from adidas.co.nz 3 months ago. The inside of heal has worn away. I've had Adidas running shoes for decades and have never had a problem until now. There is no useful information on your website regarding warranty claims. What am i supposed to do?
