★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a couple of hours looking at running shoes in Dressmart and New Balance provided the best service by a mile. They really knew their products and directed me to shoes that suited my feet, running distance and price range. Very friendly and helpful, ultimately made me choose New Balance shoes over Aisics and they ended up being a lot cheaper too! PLUS top marks for a paper bag instead of plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: There's also a clearance store right next door with goods up to (at time of review) 60% off RRP. It's just a usual New Balance store with a range of goods discounted. The range of goods are limited and some stock may only have up to one pair as it's an outlet store. It's worth a visit, staff are friendly.

I did not get the worker's name that was serving me but he was a tall man with short hair. He was delightful and found the perfect pair of running shoes for me in the discounted shoes section. Great service overall.

My first time there, I tried a bunch of different sizes shoes, then accidentally bought the wrong size... So many boxes, I just grabbed the wrong ones.
Duh!
Returning them wasn't a problem and they were even happy to make the exchange.
