★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often have great sales, the sizes aren't always the widest selection, but that's to be expected with an outlet store. When the sales are on you can't go wrong, just a little crowded at times so get your elbows out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was standing at the front counter looking around waiting to be served meanwhile one of the lady workers are talking to someone (guessing a friend because they weren't helping customers and had been standing there talking for a few a while) all while looking at me so she clearly seen me it wasn't until I started waiving, hinting, to be served then she called out to someone else to then serve me. Shocking. Not only did I have to wait around to be served, the staff don't even acknowledge you and just put your sale through no "hi", "bye" or "have a nice day", nothing. Such bad customer service. Oh and the selection of clothes is not even worth the shopping trip and if you do find something it's only in a size 6 or XS no other sizes at least in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy store but great deals! Nabbed some shoes for a good price. Unfortunately the staff member at checkout felt the need to circle the price on the receipt which has kinda ruined it. Please don’t circle the amount. I can see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought size 9-11 socks. I am size 13 so was worried they would be too small. However when I got home they were far too big. I tried to contact the store and discuss they were not fit for purpose, but they were very unhelpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, but poor customer service when product is faulty. I bought a pair of shoes end of last year, it became hurting my ankle when I wear it and walk because of the picture shows. But the store refuse to admit it's a faulty product and refuse to help.

I found Dylan extremely approachable, helpful, friendly & patient comprising my shopping experience at Adidas Dressmart. Other staff at the counter were friendly as well. Brilliant price overall, on all Adidas products. I highly recommend Adidas Dressmart???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the counter is very rude, no training and doesn’t know to do a refund or how to purchase against a gift card. No apology for making me wait or even have any good customer service skills. Definitely won’t see me coming back to this outlet again. No wonder people queue up at Nike rather than adidas
