About Makz Gear - KTM, Kawasaki & Suzuki
Serge Fabre, having moved to New Zealand from France, became owner/operator of MAKZ GEAR in 2017. He brings with him a wealth of experience. He started out with bikes around 13 years of age with his Dad and went on to become the youngest Kawasaki Dealer in France – so he’s been in and around this industry for most of his life!
Since 2017, the business has grown in multiple ways; a move to the current larger showroom, more staff to look after you and a greater product range for your selection.

The staff are always welcoming and willing to answer any questions I have and offer valuable advice without making me feel stupid. Locally I wouldn't take my ski for a service anywhere else.
