The new management has made some incredible changes and it's great to see the difference as soon as you walk into the club. The new staff are so friendly and helpful and I will definitely be recommending Advance Fitness to my all friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly 100% recommend this gym! I've only been there for a month now and the staff are awesome! Friendly and real welcoming! The gym itself is well equipped and spacious! & the members aswell, so lovely and encouraging ?
The classes and competitions are so good, definitely worth attending!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very very very bad experience. Got my membership cancelled few months ago, received their mail and message regarding this. I live in Cromwell now and the gym is in Invercargill....
......and now all of a sudden my account got debitted for the monthly membership and on speaking to the gym staff over the phone, they told me, we don't have anything to do with your payments, you have to call and talk to Paysmart, Australia.
Poor service, this never happened with me in any other gyms, I mean nobody ever told me call some other company in some other country if we have debitted your account by mistake.
Customer service is good, this is nothing to do with customer service but yes the owner should look into this.
I won't blame staff for this, but the owner of this gym is the one who should solve our issues.
I just got debitted for $ 54 after cancellation of my membership few months ago.
