★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended F45 Invercargill on a number of occasions when visiting from Nelson. I highly rate the gym & trainers. The owners Yudi & Olivia are super passionate, knowledgeable & welcoming, as are their support staff. Exercises are scaled to suit any level of fitness & the trainers are checking in each step of the way to ensure correct technique. The training methods of F45 are life changing & I can highly recommend this F45. The Studio has a family feel to it - especially with their cute little puppy in studio. Thanks for having me. I shall look forward to my next visit ?

The Team were super friendly to deal with via email and were more than accommodating during my stay. I loved the classes, the variety of exercises and the friendly people in the class. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best HIIT in town, they present you a funny head coach. He is going to entertain you around while you workout. But he is not funny when he pushes you hard. You feel like you are going to choke him, but after workout, you will thank him for his support and dry humour. Positive vibes around, great community to be around.

Super friendly team, always helping, and guiding you ensuring you have the correct form to reduce the risk of injury, and giving alternative ways of doing things if your struggling or if you are wanting more of a challenge. Love the atmosphere there super friendly!

I only came to my first class because my friend dragged me along, but Yudi and the team were so supportive and friendly and the workout ended up being so fun that I never left! 250 classes later and I’m still loving it. It’s done wonders for my fitness and confidence ?? If you’re considering giving it a go I couldn’t recommend it more!
