If you are looking for a fun, non judgemental environment where members chat, laugh and encourage each other during classes, then this is the place for you! Children are welcome too! The best decision I've made in a long time. Come check it out - you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been able to make the other new classes in offer recently at 6am but yesterday at 8am I tried the new Kickfit. Wasnt sure..... I'm a puncher not a kicker ? but it was really good. Loved the format, doing something different, the exercise types (the kicking side was hard but achievable) and love that it's an hour. Set me up energized for the rest of my day and today I am satisfyingly sore in most areas but especially legs and chest which, to me, means mission accomplished. Awesome job PT Kayne and R2H (Melanie). Would recommend this class to anyone and everyone!!
