★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Appliance Pros to fix a dryer under warranty, the technician came on time, they couldn't fix the problem in the first time and they collected the dryer. then when the problem was not solved they recommended the retailer to replace the dryer. which I really was happy with. Saved me a lot of hassle with the retailer.
The communication was very good and they ordered the spare parts quickly enough. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged almost $100 for a call-out, even though machine was not fixed. They didn't even know how to switch on the appliance. They told me it was fixed and tested. The test was a short "spin cycle" and not a proper wash. I fixed the machine myself weeks later while waiting for a return call-out.
They tried not to honor a guarantee previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast friendly service, turned up on time every time, went out of their way to make sure we (a family of 6) were without washing machine for the shortest time possible. Even as far as chasing down another part same day when the first repair didn't go to plan. 10/10 would recommend!
