Managed to organise someone to come round that day. Had a call from their super tech Miles an hour later advising a time he would arrive. Even sent me a text after the fact when he though he might be 10 min later. Upon arrival he sorted the issue within 40mins - was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend.
