★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason has been looking after us for 7 or 8 years. From Sky aerials and UHF, or is it VHF or both? He checked the new house when I couldn't work out the multiple connections and he's helped set multiple tv's at 2 different houses.
I make a call, he turns up when he says he will, listens to the problem and fixes it. He's extremely pleasant to work with, he could give lessons on exceeding a customer's expectations. Heck, I don't even mind paying the bill LOL

Jason came around the same night we called him and had everything fixed within half an hour (our satellite dish and Freeview box had been taken out by lightning -- he had all the replacement parts in his van). Very nice guy (our cat loved him), didn't try to "upsell" us to stuff we didn't need. Highest recommendation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Jason to mount a tv on a wall at my daughters place. I had to continually chase him up as he did not reply to messages and when I did manage to talk to him he never kept his word on returning communications. Most disappointed in lack of response. Even after the job was done and I was promised that a plate cover that was missing would be dropped off within the next day or two I had to chase that up repeatedly also. The job had left the aerial cable plug at least two inches visible from behind the tv. Every wall mounted tv I have seen and have had done you would not see anything visible. Jason lost his drill bit inside the wall and struggled to retrieve it. In my experience with Jason I would advise you to save yourself a headache and use someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have left messages with their call center 3 times now in the last month, have had no return call. Presumably they simply do not want the business, which concerns me to the quality of work they would do if they took it.
Won't be trying to call a 4th time.
