★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here over several years for a few different procedures. I had my wisdom teeth removed all in one go for an amazing price, the dentist was very quick and very attentive. I got my teeth capped/veneered on a seperate occasion and it has lasted a reasonable amount of time and they got the colour right.
The most recent time I went to these dentists for addressing a slight sensitivity in one tooth to cold I was assigned a newer dentist who told me I had multiple fillings of approximately medium severity. I spent over a thousand dollars and got multiple fillings. The one tooth that I primarily came for (the one with the slight sensitivity) didn't feel right when I bit down so I went back quickly after. Some adjustments were made free of charge which I am thankful for. After waiting some time (a few weeks) for the extreme sensitivity I felt after the dental work to subside, it didn't and I booked another appointment. This time I was seen by another doctor who "in polite words" indirectly threatened me and said that it was my problem and that if I was gonig to accuse his dentist who did the work, he wouldn't believe me. This was seriously unprompted as I was polite and unaccusative (not blaming anyone) as much as possible. After two or so more appointments with the original dentist trying their best, and charging me sometimes at a reduced rate, I was recommened to have a root canal.
I kinda wish I hadn't come to them in the first place so my life over the last 12 months wouldn't have been torture with me only being able to eat from the right side of my mouth. My new job offers dental insurance and I'll be trying a different place to fix the problem (which still exists). This review is only my biased opinion and a review is a refelction of one's personal experience, which for me, was bad.
My overall opinion; I had some good experiences in the past, my lastest one was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont write to many reviews but this time I felt I had to. The ladies in the front at reception were so nice and friendly on the way in and out. The ladies in the back taking care of my teeth were absolutely impeccable with their work and made me feel brilliant the whole session. Such amazing personalities all round in this place. Unforgettable experience ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dentist in the area. I’ve been going there since 2013. So yesterday I rang up and enquire about extracts my wisdom tooth. Eventhough that I couldn’t afford the price, but they gave me a generous price, which I so grateful for. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your generosity. I would like to recommend anyone who want to see a dentist, please try this one. It’s not only a business but they look after people as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t know what’s going on. So bad experience!
I came in with a swollen gum. The first staff was friendly taking the X-Ray. I didn’t know It was okay or not. The second staff came and took another X ray so I understood that It was streaky with the front teeth but they put the thing in the position that Made me couldn’t bite as it was painful. That’s fine and I didn’t mind doing it again. They just need to explain. But they didn’t. Then they called the third staff who are the dentist in. He told me “ okay can you try to bite otherwise we have to take the full X-ray with xxx extra money” and said it's my choice to decide if I wanted him to consult right or wrong. I felt horrible and indirectly threatened . I did try to open my mouth and followed the instructions but they acted like I didn’t let them do their jobs. They are so lack of empathy and professional. They acted like it was my fault not to do it right. You are the specialist, you need to explain and show me how can I do it to get it right, threatening doesn't help. I was the patient, so I wanted to get it done , not make it difficult for my own sake. Does it make sense ?
I guess one of the reason was because the communication was passed through too many people. At the end I didn’t understand why he spoke to me in the way like I didn’t cooperate but now I think maybe because the staff was struggling taking X-ray so they passed me to him so that’s why he thought I was being difficult and I was treated that way and He may be not a good communicator. I didn’t understand what was going on at all until now thinking back. Anyway, The whole process made me not comfortable enough to stay given dental is a stressful work. not good experience. still had to pay for the X-ray thought nothing came out. And never come back again!
My comment may be bias so hope others don’t have the same experience!
Also I have never been in any Dentist requiring a photo from the customer. Unnecessary information. May breach the privacy act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG. Just had a wisdom tooth extraction by Jae at Affordable Dentists. Was not looking forward to it at all!! Jae was amazing. Seriously, the actual extraction took under a minute and was painless. Highly recommend him if you need and teeth removed.

From the moment I entered the clinic the reception was so attentive and quick to get what I needed done without an appointment too. Dr was very quick and easy going he did my wisdom tooth extraction in 15min. I would highly recommend their services. They even gave me a discount as a new patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These dentists are amazing. People on reception make you feel welcome and are attentive. The Dentists and Assistants are kind, professional and understanding. I suffered dental trauma as a child so any visit for even a check up is fraught. However, they have always made it comfortable and easy for me and understand my past fears and accommodate them. I wouldn't go to any other dentist now. Aside from that any treatments or advice I have had regarding dental matters has been excellent.
