★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Star for Iki - has welcoming aura within himself. Has a calm tone and soft spoken. He sorted me out and offered to fit EVC I drive for my truck. I can sense he's an asset to your company always exceeding customer service.
0 star for Tim - initially rung their 0800 and a chap named Tim or Tom picked it up. I was friendly over the phone I didn't sound demanding at all. I worked in a contact centre myself previously I understand what he does and I've been there. Bro you need to chill. I ordered 5 stuff online from Airplex and just wanting to know the status of the order. You sounded annoyed and told me 'did you not read online that bonnet guard is made to order up to 15 days?'. You could have told me "oh yes you can pick up the 4 other stuff as they're on stock and are you happy to wait for the bonnet guard?". Sounding rude and condescending is not necessary at all.
I was triggered and went to your shop straight away to pick up the other 4 stuff, I was looking for you and you can't even look at my eyes lol. I can even hear you spoke to Iki 'nah he didn't read online'. Iki was there to pick up your mess.
Funny how a local boy can't treat you well aye? Whereas immigrants can. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial person I brought my accessories from was great (Iki) BUT a particular member of staff was rude. The Caucasian male I dealt with was unpleasant and disrespectful when I was told my install would take all day and not the 2 hours I was told on the phone.
Such a shame as my accessories are great…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have come across the company website again when looking for accessories for my car and though I'd share my experience with the company.
Some time ago I was looking for a bonnet guard for Rav4 Adventure model and asked Airplex, if the product they have is suitable for my car, mentioning the trim is different to non adventure models and was told, it was.
Received the guard, put it onto the bonnet, it did not look right, attempted to install but no luck. Emailed my concerns to the company and received a reply with instructions, convincing the guard can be installed. Gave it another go which caused scratches to the paint. So, went to Toyota dealer, took photos of the front of non adventure models and the front of my car. Emailed the photos to the company, then received a reply saying "Sorry the production or product manager was wrong and no, the product is not designed for your model. Please send back". Was very unhappy about that, especially since I mentioned twice the trim was different and had to email them the proof/photos.
At least, as I've just found out the site is updated now, advising "Not available for adventure".
So, be careful, make sure 100% the products are designed for you car before attempting to install.
