★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got sold a brand new part that turned out to be faulty. Went back and got a replacement and the replacement turned out to be faulty aswell. Staff was friendly but need to be trained to test their parts as its wasting peoples time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably good service. Lady on the counter today went out of her way to ensure that I got a defective/incorrectly sized part swapped out at nearly the end of the day, even though it meant sending her driver out a long way at rush hour! Amazing. Keep up the great service.
