★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my partner in for the ledge swing in Qeenstown online, and as part of the booking process it ask you to choose transport which is the gondola up to the top, so everything is booked and paid for. She turns up and the gondola isn't included in the $200 price, so you have to then spend more money for something they have lead you to believe is part of the package. If they aren't trying to deceive you then why have the section where you choose the gondola, without something that pops up to say gondola not included. Very disappointed in this company actively trying to swindle people out of there hard earned cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were bought tickets for this while we visited queenstown. Our overall experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly and the whole process was really straightforward.
The staff made us feel really comfortable, they were super enthusiastic and encouraging. There's a little gate there to block you while they hook up the wires and I nearly walked through it without thinking but they're so strict about your safety so that's another win.
We purchased the digital video and photos as well. It seems overpriced at the time but considering how many people we've shown and the overall experience I think its totally worth it.
Also our tickets were bought off of bookme so it was a little bit cheaper but for sure would do this again and have been recommending it ever since!
Thanks to the team that were working on Friday 11th June. You guys are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1993, I was backpacking through town and became a test-jumper for this new bugy location. I even have a Certificate. Looks so exciting even today. I hope to make it back and jump again (from Kansas, USA)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So fun!!! Recommend leaving at least 45 minutes for the climb if you don’t intend to take the gondola. We ended up sprinting up the pretty tough climb to make it for our resveration (they also were *very* chill about the “arrive 20 mins early” recommendation from my confirmation email - we did not have to rush).
Location: you won’t see the sign until you get down by the luge ticket center... kind of tough to find!
They let you jump a second time for only $30 if you want to after your first one!! this was a blast. Not crowded at all and everyone was very friendly.

From the ride there we had an easing comfortable experience with the staff members being so calm and supportive.
Coming from Auckland being our first time in queenstown we loved it.
