★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finished Milford Track a week ago and Ultimate Lodges are like Four Seasons resort! Even got a piano in each lodge so I can play piano at night! Food is delicious, the ensuite room is spacious. No sandfiles inside lodges! The drying room is great. Can't give enough stars to Ultimate Hikes! After showing my Ultimate Hikes photos to my non-hiking husband, he said he would like to join me next time :-D Some people may find the cost expensive but personally I think it is worth every dollar! I wish Ultimate HIkes do more Great Walks!! Book a hike with them now before international tourists are back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing way to experience the great outdoors. The guides are fantastic - the when you need them, but allowing you to walk on your own at your own pace adds suits you. Excellent food. Three delicious meals a day. The drying rooms sure help when the weather is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just completed ‘The Classic’ with Ultimate Hikes and were blessed with fantastic weather for both hikes, great guides, company, lodges and food. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend doing this highly enough!!!
It was a fabulous event off our bucket list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic guides who really care about giving you a great experience. The weather was amazing. Very clear. The food incredible; don't think you'll lose weight cos the food is too good. 3 dinner courses every night and all dietary requirements catrd to. Regular stops well spaced out the track and plenty of toilets. Huts very comfortable; warm, clean and laundry facilities there if you need them. Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fantastic experience walking the Routeburn track with Ultimate Hikes. The staff were all friendly & helpful and put on a great trip. The accommodation & meals were first class. Nice to get to the lodge have a hot shower followed by wine & cheese ?
