★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was construction going on when I visited last (I forgot to review at the time of visit) but the work made it hard to access for less agile people. However, this place is great with a good luge track and facilities. This is a must do when visiting Queenstown. The track is different to Rotorua so even if you've done that one, you'll want to test this one too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited many times driving in tandem with my daughter. Today she could drive on her own the first time. AMELIA went over and beyond with her amazing instruction. My daughter was quite afraid before and so confident afterwards. Thanks Amelia. Many thanks as well to the rest of the team. All of you made this experience special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tracks. Fantastic view. You do need some level of fitness and mobility to use paths to access track. Bring your own drink and food as it's expensive. Just hire a locker while having fun.

Went above and beyond for my large family when we realised my oldest 3 children couldn’t operate the carts alone, we felt like the staff went out of their way help us have fun. The manager even took my son down twice to help out with supervision. Seriously awesome vibes!! Go and enjoy!! Best views as well it’s a total must do in Queenstown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ride up the hill and amazing views but have to take a few stars off as I am 6'4" and the carts that they use here are not big enougth for me as I could not brake hard enought or turn hard enougth. The other reason is that they had big sponge triangles out of the course when I was here and after I crash into one and blocked the course with both the cart and the sponge the worker that was near by stood there and didn't help me as I had to move my cart off the track, move the sponge triangle back to its proper location and then one the stopped cart went through put my cart back on the track and head off. During this he stood there and just stared at me not helping me move things and not letting me know if it is clear when I was sitting back in the cart unable to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view was good as I expected and luge-riding was fun.
But the ticketing building is poor and way too small. Filled with visitor’s lines. Nowhere to sit or stand. You have to be outside even if you need to wait for someone there just for a moment. And definitely lack of parking places.
