★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Albany Pet Resort our girl Lily been going there since she was a pup so for the last almost 5 years. She is always super excited on the days she goes to daycare and sulks on the days she doesn’t go. She also loves having her overnight holidays there too and I always have great peace of mind leaving her there as I know she will always be well cared for. Anya and Liam are always so lovely and friendly and clearly care a lot about the animals that stay there, especially when Lily was recovering from her cruciate ligament surgery they were nothing but accommodating and nothing was ever a problem. They are always happy to offer great advice when any issues arise which has been very helpful as Lily is definitely full of personality with her funny quirky ways. She always comes home super happy and very exhausted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog loves it here. Comes a couple times a week while I'm at work and overnight whenever I need to. My boy loves it here and can hardly contain his excitement every time we pull in to the drive. Not sure what all these reviews are about, Staff here are incredibly nice and animal loving. Haven't had any issues in the year or so Ive been taking him. A much better alternative than indoor and loud warehouse type daycares that are over stimulating and traumatic in some cases for the dogs. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Cheers for looking after my boy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never took our dog here thank God however our close friend did and was returned to them sick and unhealthy. Seeing their dog in this state is heartbreaking for any pet owner. I just hope no more pets have to endure what their dog went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our boy Max has been going to Albany Pet Resort since he was a pup (over 5 years). He loves it here! He always jumps out of the car and runs in! When he comes home we know he's had a good run around & exercise at the resort as is ready for a nap. We have always found the owners wonderful and caring. They tell us about what he's been doing, the dogs he's played with and his behavior. We can tell they really love dogs and care for our Max.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were disappointed and concerned with the condition and health of our dog upon picking him up.
We had a bad experience with a miscommunication over some treatment. Following this things did escalate and turned sour.
The kennel did eventually reach out to us to discuss the issues and we have been apologised too. The kennel has advised they will pay for all of our vet costs, which have now been received in full.
Despite the issues we had, Lyam Trainor took full responsibility and if it hadn’t had been for him fronting up to the issues, we don’t think this would have been resolved. Thank you Lyam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been meaning to post this a while and now I'm needing a cattery I'm back online looking. My cats have stayed in many catteries before and every single time I've been able to look at the space they will be staying in. This time I was not allowed, the person at reception stating something about the council. I queried this, how come I had been able to view at other places but not here? Was flat out refused. Makes me wonder what do they not want their customers to see. The appearance of the place is not great. I did not get a good vibe or have a good experience from Albany Pet Resort and am so surprised to see all the positive reviews. I then went to another local cattery and they happily showed me through. What does that tell you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog Hugo just had a happy stay in the Resort for last long weekend. Such a super place with super reliable and friendly staff to look after him when we have gone for holiday. We have been using the Resort for last five years. The place can be fully trusted and every time made us and dog feel very satisfied. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We can just be relaxed and enjoyed our holiday as we know that there are genuine people who care so much about our dog . They are so patient to answer our questions and always to show their care not only for the pets but also for their clients.
Thanks again for the great care you have shown for both Hugo and us!
