★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed by this daycare, unsure if they actually look after your dog or just put them all in a room and leave them all day, taking sporadic photos to make it look like they’re with them. My dog has gotten kennel cough twice since being there and comes home stinking of urine like she’s been rolling in it all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my pup Pablo in at short notice for two days of daycare, he absolutely loved it! I adored the updates and reports I got on him during the day - such a great service for an anxious dog Mom, highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend to any dog owners. The girls seems not organized and didn't do as they promised. I paid for credits of my dog by cash and they promised that they will send me a receipt by email but never did ? Not sure if it is really being forgetful or other reasons behind? Like they never recorded it as revenue?
When I requested refund for my dogs' unused credits , they ignored my email even after a follow up. I have to cite Consumer Guarantees Act to prompt them to action the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Millie adores her time in day care through the week, but this weekend she had the extra special treat of staying with one of the awesome staff on their farm while I celebrated my birthday.
I'm not entirely sure she was thrilled about coming home to be honest! I'll work through my separation anxiety ? she has been very snuggly and sleepy today, absolutely shattered!
