★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice tidy unit. Clean good bathroom. Like shower, not confined. Only feedback if you plan on cooking in unit you need to have own cook ware. But other than that I like it. Front desk cordial. I think that how you spell it.
Hey just updating. The owners and management. Have seen comment and as I was checking out. The front office was full of boxes with variety of cookware. So very quick and prompt action taken to rectify the matter. I now give these guys 5 stars. For service, friendliness. And love the room. Now because of circumstances I have had to re book to stay another night. No complaints. These guys are busy best to call ahead. I will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely brilliant hotel which I will definitely be returning to. Hotel manager was attentive, friendly and always available to help. The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were so comfy and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was stellar. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay if you are visiting Hamilton! Close to downtown and only 8 blocks from the riverside! Gives you an opportunity to relax by the waterside and enjoy the evening! The rooms were spacious and clean. There was no on-site restaurant for breakfast but you can't miss is as there are enough options outside, very close by! Reasonably priced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's ridiculous we pay a bit of money there to sleep and the rooms are scorching hot I stayed for 2nights and never again if the owner is seing this put proper aircons in your room or drop your prices the little single rooms have a big spa and the expensive rooms have nothing ... Meanwhile u walk in to the main reception and the air-cons working well how pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been for 1hour cuppa, not to far from Waikato grounds, pak & save, KFC.. down about 5..9mins walk.catch a bus to the base, or drive. Not to far from things in Hamilton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urine soaked in the carpet in corner of room next to my bed. It stinks and and the corridors stink aswell. Leaky taps and have to wash dishes in bathroom sink. Definitely do not recommend
