★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok. Had to use the same sink for both bathroom and kitchen. The food was expensive (paid extra 16% because it's a holiday) but food was dry and oily but it was my bad we should have gone out for dinner. Pre paid for breakfast but turned out $32.00 for cereal and toasts. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't a great experience at first, had booked our stay online in full, when we got to the place to check in and collect our key, we were asked for Credit Card details, was told it was a policy, no way did it say anything about presenting a Credit Card, anyway Credit Card was presented, otherwise it would of taken 2 days for the refund (They could have paid cash) to be processed.
No upsides unfortunately - Besides the room being nice!!!!
Please note, the Kitchen only has a sink, small cabin fridge and microwave, no stove top - Must provide your own!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for a one night visit. Helpful staff. One thing was a bit off: the area for making tea and toast (not a full kitchenette) was also where you would wash your hands after using the toilet. OK space is limited but I'd prefer a small hand basin separate from the food prep area.

during the booking process. I paid by credit card so this seems redundant. Room very
average bathroom old, flaky and cold. Teeny milk supplied. No free wifi apart from 100mb voucher? Come on this is 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair the location is great and I've stayed there several times before with few problems. The rooms are kept as clean as they can be with flaking paint and dated fittings. My issue is that given the number of times I've stayed there without causing problems they still insist on charging a deposit on the room. To me this implies a lack of trust in a repeat customer. And this time I found the staff member I dealt with to be quite arrogant which was particularly disappointing. I travel to Hamilton several times a year to visit my kids. From now on though I will be staying somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They were large had electric blankets but a very basic heater (which still heated up the room). The staff were very busy but were still accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service skills recpetionists were very rude and ignorant. The bed was uncomfortable because of something in the middle I got eaten from something there had red bites and rashes all over my legs. So id say the bedding was still dirty or hadn’t been cleaned. Walls are very thin. The place needs to get inspected and either shut down or renovated. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not come back here. And the pricing is abit too high for that kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was fine. Lovely spa, but had a few cracks and stuff so was worried it would be a problem. The room was quiet. Smoking was out by the road, but I noticed alot of people still smoked outside there room, which I didn't really see a problem with. The room had general wear and tear but was comfortable enough. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the staffs attitude, could be a lot more friendly and work on costumer service or people won't come back, in all honesty that was the only downfall..
