★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When visiting Wellington from Canada I found that I needed a good rain coat to get through the heavy diagonal and horizontal rain ? ?. I ended up living my first rain coat so much that I got another longer version with synthetic down for colder weather. Love the service in the store and the rain coats.

A particular sales person working there needs retraining and reinvigorating their attitude towards the product and customer service! Not a good experience as opposed to visiting two other stores in Auckland and the Flagship in Christchurch.
