About Alchemy & I
Your Alchemy & I experience will begin as soon as you step through our doors where a member of our concierge team will welcome you. They’ll introduce you to your dedicated Alchemist and will take your order for any food or drinks that you may want to order.
They’ll remain available throughout your visit for further drinks orders, or if you’d like to request magazines or phone chargers. Either speak to your Alchemist or download the Alchemy & I app and scan the QR code at your station where you can select anything you may need.

She always makes me feel beautiful. Helen and the team do a wonderful job. The decor, the service, the fancy chocolate…thank you!!! I’ll miss you ❤️

From the wonderful greeting when I first walked in, to the most beautiful atmosphere to just be in.
Helen was just stunning and so friendly and welcoming.
I was pampered with an alchemy pedicure by Sam who was just lovely, and she did a very good job.
Afterward I was booked in for a style and cut with Shiloh, and wow she is incredible!!!
I’ve been forever looking for a hairdresser that can guide me on what to do with my hair and from the moment I met her I could tell she knew her stuff!
She is extremely talented and I was in awe of her work, thank-you so much to the alchemy team
for the most amazing experience I can’t wait to come back.
